Bayfield Cottage Winter Maintenance.
My neighbor uses a snow blower on the parking area and its path to the cottage. The steps to the cottage and the veranda are not cleared of snow or ice. A shovel is provided. The road in from the highway is plowed.
There is no winter maintenance on steps or path to the beach... this route is to be used at own risk. Snow and ice are not removed.
